Hi, I’m Alessandro and I have been practising Qigong for over 25 years with my teacher, Zhixing Wang, teaching for over 15 years both groups, corporate and 1 to 1.
I have had a lifelong interest in health and personal growth including studying and working with Buddhism, Taoism, family constellations and a being part of several inspiring mastermind groups.
With Qigong practice, we connect with the universal energy/qi, field. This qi/energy keeps nature and us alive and thriving, and is always present. It is the life force of this planet, and helps us connect to ourselves and others on a deeper level .
Qigong is mainly practised through simple energetic body movements and breathing techniques. It is suitable and adaptable for all levels of fitness and all ages.
