I have been studying with Master Zhixing Wang, the founder of the Hua Gong style of Qigong for more than 25 years and have been teaching Qigong classes and workshops n London, Brighton and Canterbury for over 10 years.

What is Qigong? (Pronounced Chi Gong)
Qigong is an energy practice from China with a 2,000-year history of helping to re-balance the body and mind. Qi is the energy that makes any being feel alive. Hence Qigong awakens and improves physical and mental health; re-balances your energy system; switches off the mind and facilitates inner peace nourishing you on many levels.
Qigong comprises simple energetic body movements and breathing techniques.

Here’s What You’ll Receive
Session 1: Introducing the history of Qigong, what is Qi/energy, human and Universal energy explanation.
Yin/Yang principles. Heaven and earth, as humans are in between the 2 and it is all about balance. Energy must flow to avoid illness and for prevention.
Standing meditation to sense connection with the Earth, letting the mud settle.
Session 2: Re-balancing and re-charging your energy (plus introducing the self healing form).
Session 3 : Switching off and resting the mind. (Holding the ball meditation).
The body becoming insubstantial. Centering and gathering the energy to our main energy centre, the Dantien.
Session 4: Digestion Qigong.
Advanced simple practice to speed up and strengthen digestion, transform food into energy quickly, learn more about our relationship to food.
Session 5: Allowing the energy to guide you, inspire you and open you up more with movement.
Moving with the Qi and the ball, music. Fun and effortless.
Session 6: Sitting calming practice, gathering the energy back to your main energy centre (the Dantien), the most important energy centre in the body.
